Fitness Classes

Club FIT

Club FIT is a functional strength and endurance class in a circuit-based format. Each session combines strength exercises with high-intensity, functional movements to build both power and stamina. The class includes a series of stations designed to challenge your full body through a mix of lifting, running, and functional movements. Expect a balanced blend of strength, cardio, and endurance work that pushes your limits and prepares you for real-world performance, all while keeping you motivated and engaged.

Mat Pilates

An energizing mat-based Pilates class to strengthen your body's “powerhouse,”(abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes). For 50 minutes, engage in intentional Pilates exercises to aid in improving flexibility, strength, muscle tone, and posture - all while increasing mind body awareness. Your class may also include use of several Pilates props to challenge your body in new ways.

Hot Mat Pilates

Hot Mat Pilates is a challenging full-body workout that targets and strengthens your core, arms, and legs. In Hot Mat Pilates, most exercises are done on the mat, and there is minimal jumping or running. The class format will always be the same, but different body weight exercises will have you inspired each week. It works by keeping your heart rate up, thanks to the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) approach and a heated room.

Hot Power Yoga

Elevate your physical, spiritual, and mental practice through this energizing and dynamic yoga practice. The fast-paced flow of the yoga provides an intense workout that will build strength, speed up your circulation, and improve your heart’s function. Hot Power classes are typically up to 95 degrees and will get you sweating with intentional dynamic movement. This practice is challenging but offers a variety of options. At the end, we cool down with a cold aromatherapy towel during savasana.  Please bring a yoga mat towel for this practice.

Yoga Sculpt

We combine the traditional yoga practice with modern resistance training methods. Flow through a full body workout to energizing music in a heated room. In Yoga Sculpt, we use dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight in compound movements to elongate your muscles, tone the entire body, and improve your resilience!

Full-Body Reformer

This popular low-impact workout is comprised of a series of lower body, upper body, and core strengthening exercises using the powerful Pilates Reformer. Using the resistance of the reformer machine, you will improve your overall strength, posture, mobility, breathing, and mood. Our reformer classes combine the traditional Pilates teachings of Joe Pilates, with modern science and Pilates practices. Your class may also include use of several Pilates props to get a well-rounded, full body workout.

Reformer Express

A 30-minute focused Reformer Pilates class that leaves you feeling stronger and more energized. This class integrates moves that will ignite your core and challenge your balance, coordination, and control.

Jumpboard Reformer

This popular low-impact workout is comprised of a series of cardio and core-focused exercises using the powerful Pilates Reformer and Jumpboard accessory. Using the resistance and equipment of the reformer machine, you will improve your overall cardio-fitness, muscular endurance, posture, breathing, and mood. Our reformer classes combine the traditional Pilates teachings of Joe Pilates, with modern science and Pilates practices. Your class may also include use of several Pilates props to get a well-rounded full body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout.
